Brandon McIntyre is a Florida based constitutional advocate, community organizer, and candidate for Governor of Florida. With over a decade of lived experience working directly with families, veterans, seniors, and underserved communities, Brandon’s leadership is grounded in action not political theater.
Born in Bainbridge, Georgia, and a Florida resident for over 14 years, Brandon understands both rural and urban challenges. His work extends beyond campaigning into real community service feeding families, organizing listening sessions, advocating for water rights, healthcare access, and financial accountability at the local and state level.
Brandon is the founder of Let’s Go Florida: Supporting Our Communities & Floridians, a nonprofit organization focused on food assistance, community engagement, and citizen empowerment. His approach to governance is rooted in constitutional accountability, transparency, and restoring government to its proper role as a servant of the people.
Rather than relying on political insiders, Brandon believes leadership begins by listening, serving, and upholding the Constitution without compromise.

Healthcare Policy Support for a Florida based healthcare solution that is affordable, accessible, and inclusive covering medical, dental, vision, and long-term care without forcing citizens into broken federal systems. Water Rights Policy Ensure public access to clean, affordable water. Oppose overcharging by municipalities and private entities. Protect Florida’s water resources from misuse and exploitation. Economic & Cost of Living Policy Reduce the financial burden on families by addressing hidden fees, unnecessary taxes, and government-driven inflation. Support policies that allow people to keep more of what they earn. Community Investment Policy Redirect resources toward community led solutions food security, housing stability, and local infrastructure rather than wasteful bureaucratic programs. Government Reform Policy Establish stronger oversight, independent audits, and citizen review mechanisms to hold public officials accountable. GOVERNING PHILOSOPHY Leadership is not about control it is about stewardship. This campaign rejects fear-based politics, division, and performative outrage. It embraces calm leadership, constitutional discipline, and real world solutions that uplift communities across Florida.
Constitutional Policy
1. Constitutional Accountability Government at every level must operate strictly within the authority granted by the Constitution. When agencies exceed that authority, citizens pay the price. This campaign prioritizes enforcing constitutional limits on government power. 2. Unconstitutional Taxation & Fees Essential services such as water, electricity, and utilities should not be treated as profit centers. Excessive local taxes, fees, and surcharges violate the spirit of constitutional fairness and burden working families. 3. Transparency in Government Spending Floridians deserve clear, accessible information about how their tax dollars are spent. This campaign supports public audits, budget transparency, and citizen access to financial records. 4. Protection of Individual Rights From free speech to property rights, constitutional liberties must be protected regardless of political pressure or public opinion. Rights do not come from government they are protected from government. 5. Equal Protection Under the Law Laws and regulations must apply equally to all citizens. Selective enforcement and politically motivated governance erode trust and violate constitutional principles.
